Should I really be afraid of the chemicals in cosmetic and hygiene products?

Is it worth it for me to just stop buying them altogether? It's not easy to find safer stuff elsewhere.Should I really be afraid of the chemicals in cosmetic and hygiene products?
Why are you afraid of them? You don't say? What product(s)? Re-post with more details and I'll be glad to help you out.Should I really be afraid of the chemicals in cosmetic and hygiene products?
There natural products now. Go to www. melaleuca.com
Bare Minerals has a great cosmetic line that is made frm pure minerals. www.bareescentuals.com

For hygiene products why don't you try Burt's Bees, here's there website www.burtsbees.com
The cosmetics industry is about making MONEY by making you feel INSECURE...in the Victorian age they used a lead based facial powder that left the user with sores (so they would have to use more to cover them up,) and eventually killed them...

Your body will react to almost anything you put on your face except sunlight, water and kisses.

Quit feeding the infernal machine, if you want to look better just eat healthy and drink lots of clean water.

'Natural' cosmetics? Lead and plutonium are natural too.
