I'd like to get some of their eyeshadow and possibly some liquid eyeliner.


But I went to their site and all of their stuff is WAY expensive.

When you compare it to a lot of brands out there, MAC is actually not that expensive (ie Dior, Chanel) and it's the lowest-priced high-end makeup. You're paying for the quality, as well as it not being animal-tested. The easiest way to get stuff below retail is to try eBay, as well as sites like Makeup Alley where you can swap for items. There's also a MAC Livejournal where people sell off stuff they don't want, and if you have an outlet mall near you there may be the CCO, or Cosmetics Company Store, where they sell some items (mostly former limited-editions) for about 30% off retail.
they will allways be expesive. go to there area in macys or something and watch for when they have sales.
eBay seems like the best bet...
